Historical Analysis

Almost 20 days done out here so thought of doing a past performance analysis of my health..

Loss of balance; Still exists but down by around 60%

Strength: Hands have improved slowly and steadily in terms of strength rating 60%..some of the movements still an issue..

Legs feel better but hip girdle is still the weakest link its improving but very slowly rating 40%

Abdominal muscles ; the best improvement shown till now 80%

Back muscles around 40%

Improvements: strength of hands of legs, control of body parts, twitching has come down significantly

WIP: Hip girdle looks like it needs more time and efforts but can be cured

Stress Points: Ring finger and index finger of right hand are going off the border mark into the negative territory as typing and getting hold of few things getting worst...need to work on this as well...

So for my plan of action is coming week is all focused on hip girdle and strengthening of muscles.

Pray for me guys i am missing trekking cycling running..

    Great to see your blog. finally it has HSBC touch comparing past performance as well!! Hip girdle is the root cause and will surely get fixed in coming days,..

    Its a good news that you have broken the barrier of upper limbs and looking forward to see ur 8 pack abs!! waise i m nt tht greedy i was happy with your 1 huge pack belly as well but as you say more the merrier... so 8 pack abs r welcome!!

    looks like there is atleast 40% overall improvement in your body so imagine impact of 20 more days ka hard work!! I am sure in next 20 days you will be almost 80% recovered and shall be able to perform MJ moon walk step for me... this time your hip girdle n legs will have to follow ur command gracefully!!!
