Today was the water day for me... had to drink around 4 glasses of saline water and then vomit it out... sounds eekkss but is an amazing treatment as it clears ur stomach and food track .. when i did it for the first time i puked out red saline water which was because of acid present in the stomach...
Round 2 is drinking another 4 glasses and running to the loo for download...which clears ur intestine...
The treatment here begins from within as digestive system is all cleared by this process...
What i feel is yoga, meditation, physio, good quality food and yes lots of drum sticks in good for health and for sure will lead to better life and finally freedom from this MND...
Day 8 and i am super positive for the getting back to normal life... Sounds impossible but its a miracle treatment out here which has made me super confident..
My plan of action is focus first on shoulder girdle as its improved a lot and then shift to hip girdle which is still weak.. Be methodical and mentally super positive even if u fall rise and try again...
BUT DONT GIVE IT UP AND NO SPACE TO URSELF.. JUST KEEP ON TRYING AND MAKING EACH DAY A DIFFERENT THAN THE YESTERDAY WITH MORE EXERCISE MEDITATION AND THAT KILLER ATTITUDE..

Great to see your progress. Human brains are 75% water and you rightly mentioned your brain can cure this.. so definitely water plays a major role in detoxifying your whole system and curing this ailment.
ReplyDeleteAlso now you won’t have any valid excuse of escaping from drumsticks cooked by my Mom. I remember my mom cooking it for you every week when we went to my home and though you had it without moaning but always craved for additional menu like Pani-puris, chole pattice, gulab jamun, cheese pakoda, aloo tukk, jalebi, etc!
Are you not missing all these yummy food items??? Work harder on your progress and recover fast so that we shall have all of these yummy appetizers soon.
